BEACHES
There
are many wonderful beaches to
choose from here in La Jolla. Beach
towels and chairs are provided to all
our guests. Just inquire at the front
desk on your way to the beach or park.
La
Jolla Cove: This is a great place
to go swimming and snorkeling. We
highly recommend snorkeling; for
La Jolla is probably the best spot
in all of California.

La
Jolla Shores: This is a wonderful big sandy beach where one
can enjoy the whole day.
If you want to just take a jog, a long walk; rent a kayak, or just
lay in the sun, this is the place.
There are plenty of great restaurants to eat on Avenida De La Playa,
so you can just relax
and enjoy this beautiful beach all day.
Wind
and Sea beach: This beach is located about 1-½ miles
from the hotel and an ideal
location to surf. Enjoy watching the California lifestyle "Dude"
while the surfers dazzle you
with their stuff! Surfboard rentals are available on Avenida De
La Playa in La Jolla Shores for
those who are adventurous.
Pacific
beach and Mission beach: This is where all the action is! If
you love to people watch
and want to be where everybody is then look no further. There is
a very nice bike path, which
starts in Pacific beach and ends in mission beach. From the hotel
this ride is approximately
7 miles each way. South Mission beach offers a variety of volleyball
courts and a basketball
court for your enjoyment.
